Refund and Returns Policy

Return Policy:

1. We follow 10 days return policy from date of delivery.
2. We encourage you to talk to or write to us before initiating return to get more in issue and will try our best to resolve it.
3. For returns please raise a return request and keep it ready in original packing and with all accessories. Once approved it will be picked up by our courier partner. When we receive the product will inspect and will offer either replacement or refund.
4. On successful return refund will done via electronic medium or bank transfer in 2-3 working days.
5. Return will not be accepted if any accessories or part is missing. Also, it will not valid if the product is physically abused or burnt.

Warranty Policy:

1. Most of our product has 1-5 years warranty. Once the product return window closed and any issue you find in the product can claim warranty applicable for particular product.
2. Warranty will only acceptable for manufacturing defect or non-working of product.
3. Working Efficiency degrades after usage of product so is not covered under warranty.
4. For claiming warranty, please contact us with invoice and product issue. We will get back to you and try to resolve if possible.
5. If not resolved you will need to send us the defective product to us. We will inspect and will try to repair it. In case repairing is out of scope will replace and send to you.
6. Please allow us 3-5 working days to work on warranty.
7. Only repair or replacement applicable on product in warranty no return or refund will be accepted.
8. Physical damage, misuse or any modification related to original product design will not be accepted in warranty.

Shipping policy:

We have tie up with all major courier partners. Products which are non-hazardous in nature will be shipped by air. Product which are hazardous in nature are banned to be shipped by air worldwide so will be shipped by surface which may take some longer time You can always track your order online and get updated.
